Shipping Policy
Types of shipments and delivery times

Delivery times depend on the type of shipment chosen.

We offer the following types of shipments:
- Pick up at a B-Post delivery point: 2 - 5 working days - 5.95 EUR
- Standard home delivery: 2 - 5 working days - 5.95 EUR

Delivery times start 24 working hours from the date of purchase. Weekends and public holidays do not count towards the delivery period. National, regional and local holidays are observed.
Shipments may be delayed during promotions and special promotions. Possible shipping delays can have various reasons, such as customizing products, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and when the delivery area is rural or remote.
Unless circumstances arise as a result of customizing products, or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances, we will send you the order within the period indicated on the website for the chosen shipping method, and in any case within the maximum period of 30 days from the date of order confirmation. If you have not received your package after the set deadline, please contact us at info@dipdiveswimwear.com
For security reasons, we do not guarantee shipping to PO boxes, hotels, Aparthotels, residences, tourist apartments, transport companies, logistics platforms and / or similar.
Return Policy
We do not exchange items, we only accept returns for refund or credit, within 15 days of receiving the order.
We only ask that the following conditions are met:

The articles must be in their original packaging, with the labels and hygiene protections intact.

Articles must not be worn, washed or changed in any other way. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Refunds will be made on the goods, excluding the initial shipping costs. If you would like to receive a credit instead of a refund (usable for the duration of 1 year on our entire website), thank you for specifying this at the time of the return request.
Please note that all final sale items and free gifts are not eligible for a refund or credit.

We leave it up to you to choose your carrier yourself. Make sure that the package arrives directly at our address and not at a pick up point, otherwise your return cannot be processed unfortunately. We recommend that you keep a proof of deposit of packages provided by your carrier. Failing this, no refund can be made if the package is lost. The shipping costs for returning are for your account, we do not cover them and do not reimburse them.

After receipt of the goods on our premises and after confirmation of the condition of the product(s), we will refund the invoiced amount to the account used to pay the order within 15 days.

What to do when an article has a defect?
We hope this will never happen and we work hard for it, however if you receive a swimsuit with a manufacturing defect or damaged we will bear the full cost of the return.
